31015 Banking Supervisor

Our client is seeking an experienced Banking Supervisor to oversee a dynamic banking team responsible for client payments, electronic banking platform maintenance, bank account openings, and liaising with banks on mandate changes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of banking experience, along with proven staff supervision skills. You should demonstrate strong organisational abilities, an understanding of corporate governance, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills, a practical understanding of client service delivery, and the ability to manage operational risks and regulatory requirements are essential. Experience in financial services, including funds, trust, and company administration, is highly desirable. The role also requires a solid grasp of FSA Anti-Money Laundering Requirements, Proceeds of Crime Procedures, and Data Protection.
