Additional Support Worker

We are looking for compassionate and driven Additional Support Workers to join the team at Autism Initiatives. The successful candidates will demonstrate integrity, compassion, and a real commitment to working with Autism Initiatives and the people we support as we continue to progress our outreach, supported living, and residential services. If you have the desire to help the team achieve the best outcomes for the people we support, then we want to hear from you. Ideally, you will have some experience and a Level 3 QCF/RQF qualification within this sector, but this is not a necessity as full training will be provided as part of a 12 week induction programme.
