We are searching for friendly and resilient Additional Support Workers to join our team at Autism Initiatives, supporting autistic adults across various locations on the Isle of Man.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting individuals in activities that promote independence.
• Encouraging participation in community activities like swimming, gardening, and day trips.
