Adult Activity Coordinator, Manx Mencap

Mencap Isle of Man is looking for an Adult Activity Coordinator to enrich the lives of adults with learning disabilities. This rewarding, people-focused role involves creating and coordinating engaging activities and experiences.

• Develop accessible activities for individuals, families, carers, and community partners.
• Coordinate events and help people connect with their community.
• Foster a vibrant and welcoming environment.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or in community engagement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and initiative.
• Competence in Microsoft Office and online communication platforms.
• A commitment to inclusion and independence.

Evening and weekend flexibility may be required. An Enhanced DBS check is mandatory.
