G4S Secure Solutions is looking for a part-time Archive / Shredder to support our operations. This role plays a crucial part in handling confidential documents responsibly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shred confidential documents securely.
- Provide driving support during staff holidays or sickness, ensuring timely collection and delivery for our customers.
- Maintain high standards of customer care and service delivery.
Schedule:
This position consists of 16 flexible hours per week, typically between Monday and Friday, preferably from 09:00 to 13:00.
Requirements:
- A full, clean driving license is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical fitness to perform lifting tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet daily objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using a hand-held scanner and adherence to compliance standards.
- Commitment to confidentiality and precision in work processes.
Full training will be provided. Candidates must be able to pass a criminal and credit check and have a 5-year employment history with no more than a 28-day gap.
