Asphalt Surfacing Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Asphalt Surfacing Supervisor : Manage, lead, motivate, train and supervise your team of operatives. Ensure your operatives adhere to all company Health, Safety and Environmental Polices, and Procedures. Ensure materials are laid to correct depths and levels. Completion of daily record sheets, dip sheets, daily plant inspection reports, including any other relevant paperwork. Asphalt surfacing and groundwork experience. Operational experience of Asphalt Surfacing plant and machinery. Ability to measure and quantify materials. Ability to work calm under pressure with minimal supervision. Experience of leading, managing and developing others A valid driving license is required. In date SSSTS certificate is desirable but we will train if necessary. In date relevant plant operational certificates are also desirable but we will arrange re-certification as required.
