Assembly & Test Operator (Night Shift)

We are currently seeking a motivated Assembly & Test Operator for our Night Shift (21:00 PM to 07:00 AM) at Swagelok Limited. In this role, you will support production across multiple value streams by assembling components into complete or partial products of varying complexity and conducting high-pressure gas testing on completed assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test products accurately and consistently across assigned value streams.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the assembly process.
• Contribute to departmental and company performance goals.
• Perform daily tasks efficiently to ensure products meet quality and scheduling requirements.
• Demonstrate strong 5S practices, professional competencies, and positive workplace behavior.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements and support the company’s mission, vision, and values.
