Woodland Waters Catering & Events Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. If you’re passionate about cooking and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and plate menu items with a focus on quality and portion control.
- Support: Assist the head chef with various kitchen tasks and responsibilities.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimize food waste effectively.
- Safety & Hygiene: Adhere strictly to food hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
- Culinary Knowledge: Strong understanding of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and kitchen equipment.
