About the role
Ready to help transform children's oral health across the Isle of Man?
As an Oral Health Improvement Dental Nurse, you'll play a key role in delivering the Smile of Mann initiative. Working in primary schools and early years settings, you'll apply fluoride varnish, support supervised toothbrushing programmes and help deliver engaging oral health education. Through this work, you'll make a meaningful contribution to reducing dental decay and improving health outcomes for children across the Island.
You'll have the opportunity to shape and develop this growing programme within Public Health Isle of Man, working alongside a dedicated team and within a government committed to reducing health inequalities. Subject to meeting eligibility criteria, the IOM Public Service offers two pension arrangements: the Isle of Man Government Unified Scheme 2011 or the Isle of Man Government Defined Contribution (DC) Arrangement.

An enhanced with barring police check is required for this post, the cost of which will be covered by the Isle of Man Government.
