The Role:As a Beauty Coach, you will provide exceptional customer service and guide customers on their skincare journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Promote brand differentiation and product benefits.
- Create engaging retail experiences.
- Encourage customer loyalty.
- Overcome sales challenges confidently.
You Are:Passionate about skincare, a strong communicator, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
You Have:
- Experience in beauty or retail with excellent customer service skills.
- Commercial awareness and relationship-building ability.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
