Position Overview:

The Business Development Manager will drive growth through the Employee Value Banking (EVB) proposition for consumer clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify clients' financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage stakeholder engagements and ensure outstanding client experience.
• Promote consistent understanding of EVB across the organization.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in Personal and Private Banking.
• Proficiency in designing client value propositions.
• Must be a resident of Isle of Man; relocation or sponsorship is unavailable.
