Position Overview: Itchyfeet Recruitment Agency is seeking a Business Service Operations Engineer for a full-time position based on the Isle of Man. This essential office-based role focuses on service delivery and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service requests and coordinate customer order requests.
- Oversee provisioning, maintenance, and cancellation of enterprise business services.
- Act as the primary contact for business customers throughout their service lifecycle.
- Assist technical teams by providing product knowledge for problem resolution.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 6 PM. Flexibility required.
