Job Description
As a Business Support Administrator, you will provide essential administrative
assistance to the management team, aiding in revenue generation and business
expansion for the group. Your role will involve coordinating and executing
sales-related activities, including responding to inquiries, preparing
proposals, and managing bookings for meetings and events. You will play a vital
part in maintaining strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional
service, managing client accounts, and ensuring seamless event execution.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining sales databases,
generating reports, and helping to identify new business opportunities and
trends. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the business by
attracting new clients, retaining existing ones, and maximizing revenue
potential. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries from potential clients
regarding meeting and event spaces, providing the necessary information to
support the sales process. Assist in the preparation of tailored sales proposals
and contracts, detailing pricing, services, and terms to secure bookings. Manage
the booking process by coordinating with clients, internal teams, and suppliers.
Cultivate and maintain client relationships through regular communication,
offering personalized service to address any concerns or requests. Maintain
accurate client databases and records, tracking interactions, bookings, and
preferences to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Assist in coordinating
event logistics, including setup, catering, audiovisual needs, and other
arrangements to ensure client satisfaction. Prepare and maintain sales reports,
monitoring key performance indicators such as revenue, bookings, and conversion
rates to assess sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling
appointments, managing calendars, and preparing necessary documents and
