Job Description

  • Maintain accurate care records and schedules.
  • Support care planning and liaise with professionals and external agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding standards and company policies.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience in a care setting with a good understanding of care practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Good IT proficiency.

Integrity, kindness, and a commitment to working with adults in the community are essential. Two satisfactory references and a full enhanced DBS check are required.
