- Coordinate daily care rotas.
- Communicate effectively with carers, clients, and families.
- Maintain accurate care records and schedules.
- Support care planning and liaise with professionals and external agencies.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding standards and company policies.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in a care setting with a good understanding of care practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Good IT proficiency.
Integrity, kindness, and a commitment to working with adults in the community are essential. Two satisfactory references and a full enhanced DBS check are required.
