Care Supervisors

Sapphire Care are seeking experienced staff to help support our colleagues provide quality person centered care to our clients. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years care experience, preferably in a supervisory role, and hold a RQF 3 or equivalent. The role will include: Arranging and attending care review meetings. Conducting pre-assessments with future potential clients. Mentoring new employees and introducing them to the workplace. Conducting regular supervision sessions with members of your team. Developing care plans and assessments for new service users using the electronic system. Attending multi-disciplinary meetings with other Health & Social Care professionals. A full driving license and access to a car is essential as Sapphire Care provides support to our clients island wide Having good communication and IT skill sis also essential This post offers shifts of 8am to 4pm and 3pm to 9pm, with alternative weekends off.
