Based in Ramsey, Sapphire Care are seeking experienced carers to support 2 individuals in a residential setting. Providing quality person centered care, at day and night. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years care experience, and hold a RQF 3 or equivalent, or be studying for this qualification. The role will include: Providing care, arranging and attending care review meetings, helping to create and deliver bespoke person centered care in a home setting. Developing and completing care plans and assessments for the service users using an electronic careplan system. Having good communication and IT skills is also essential This post offers a regular shift pattern, with alternative weekends off.
