To deliver fun, safe and high-quality group swimming lessons. To provide excellent customer service. To assist in setting up the equipment for lessons. To have knowledge of safeguarding children and vulnerable people. Hold a STA Level 2 Award in Teaching Swimming or Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher. Have knowledge of health, safety and relevant legislation relevant to teaching swimming. Be able to understand and relate well to others including children and adults. Be able to motivate and inspire participants with good communication skills. Be able to provide a friendly approach to excellent customer service. Be well organized and motivated.
