Join Our Front of House Team!

Are you a friendly and energetic individual who enjoys great coffee, delicious food, and wonderful company? Our cafe in the south of the island is seeking a reliable Front of House Team Member to become part of our close-knit crew.

The Role:

• Position: Front of House (FOH)
• Hours: 30-40 hours per week (across weekdays and weekends)
• Pay: Minimum wage
• Location: South of the island
• Own Transport: Essential

Your Responsibilities:

• Open and close the cafe
• Greet and assist guests
• Take and communicate customer orders accurately
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Assist with the setup and coordination between FOH and BOH
• Manage inventory and place orders for stock
• Accurately record transactions and manage cash-up
• Respond to emails and phone bookings as required
• Prepare staff schedules

About You:

• Previous hospitality or cafe experience preferred
• Reliable and customer-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Able to work flexible shifts
