Job Description
Chiropractic Assistant Admin, Systems & Communication (30 hours/week). We're
looking for a warm, organised and tech-confident individual to join our busy
chiropractic clinic in a structured, client-facing role. This position is 30
hours per week, with the potential for more hours for the right candidate. It's
ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting
with people of all ages, and has outstanding customer service and communication
skills. You'll be the first point of contact for individuals and families,
creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Duties include managing
bookings and client records using systems like PracticeHub and Clinic Convert,
handling payments, supporting our social media communications, and ensuring
accurate record-keeping. Shifts are on a set rota and will fall between 8:00am
and 7:00pm, Monday to Friday, and 9:00am to 4:00pm on Saturdays. We're not just

position would particularly suit someone with a background in chiropractic,
