The role focuses on promoting the highest standards of client relationship management by providing trust and company administration services to an allocated caseload of medium to high-risk, multi-jurisdictional, high-net-worth clients. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, managing client expectations, and delivering exceptional service in alignment with the company's strategic plan and regulatory obligations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in client relationship management, trust and company administration, or a similar role within the financial services industry, and a strong knowledge in CSP and TSP functions.
