We are currently recruiting for a Client Services Senior Associate, to workwithin our clients Operations department. You will actively contribute to thesuccessful delivery of the departmental objectives along with your own personalbusiness objectives and performance development plan, take ownership of andresolve any queries through to a satisfactory conclusion. The successfulcandidate will hold ICA qualified to Certificate level, experience in handlingexternal telephone calls with both clients and independent financial advisorsand have previous experience in Life Assurance or a similar customerservice-based industry.
