Commercial Kitchen Extraction Cleaner

Prospero Group is looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Kitchen Extraction Cleaner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep clean commercial kitchen extraction systems including hoods, ducts, and fans.
• Conduct inspections before and after cleaning and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Follow health and safety procedures, particularly regarding fire risks and confined spaces.
• Utilize cleaning equipment safely and maintain compliance with TR19® guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and prepare operational documentation.

Requirements:

• Full UK/IOM driving license.
• Ability to work during off-peak hours (nights or weekends).
