Community Health Care Assistant

Adorn Home Care seeks caring Community Health Care Assistants to support clients in their homes. Duties include:

• Providing personal care and medication support.
• Assisting clients with meal preparation and mobility.
• Promoting client independence and well-being.

Applicants must possess a full driving license and access to a vehicle. Training will be provided.
