About the role

We are seeking a Band 5 Community Mental Health Professional to join us within the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Team (CAMHS).

The successful post holder will be responsible for the safe, person centred, evidenced based care of children & younger persons presenting with a range of mental health problems. They will work at all times to promote the delivery of compassionate, high-quality care to patients, providing a vital line of communication with families, carers and agencies where the need is identified.

The post holder will work as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team, with responsibility for assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of specialised care. They will ensure effective risk management is undertaken at all times, and work to uphold the CARE values at the heart of Manx Care.
