Community Support Worker

Are you a passionate individual, looking for a rewarding role supporting vulnerable people in the community in their own homes? Sapphire Care are looking for community support workers to join our team supporting clients with various tasks that include, personal care, medication support, meal preparation and companionship, tasks that will enable people to remain in their own homes. You must have a caring nature, treat people with respect and dignity and have good communication skills. You do not need any previous experience to work in this role as we offer an induction and training to meet the needs of the clients. You will be required to hold a current valid driving licence and the ability to travel as required to meet the needs of the service. You must be able to work flexibly working weekends/bank holidays and shifts to meet the needs of the service.
