Job Description
The Community Support Worker plays a crucial role in providing person-centred care and support to individuals in their homes. This position aims to help maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
- Assist with personal care and medication support
- Prepare meals and provide mobility assistance
- Offer companionship and help with shopping and appointments
- Perform light household duties as needed
Ideal candidates will be caring, reliable, and respectful, with strong communication and observational skills. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, is required. A clean driving licence and personal vehicle are necessary for this position. Previous experience in health or social care is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
