Job Description
Our client seeks a Company Administrator to join their team. Key
Responsibilities Support the existing team with statutory work. Prepare
documentation for signature. Prepare minutes. Directly correspond and liaise
with clients and intermediaries. Prepare and check payments including inputting
payments into various international banking systems, ensuring they are processed
in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure all payments processed are in
accordance with company procedures and pass any audits both internal and
external and filing of associated paperwork in a timely manner and in line with
procedures. Deal directly with directors and senior management. Perform annual
file reviews. Discharge ad hoc projects. Ensure client database remains updated
at all times. Assist with large scale property purchase and sale completions.
Key Skills & Experience 3-5 years' experience in the industry. An interest
and commitment to on-going professional development and training/ already
working towards STEP/CG accreditation. Good knowledge of offshore trust and
corporate structures and current offshore environment. Good knowledge and
understanding of the various banking systems, payments methods and pre-requisite
information required for payments and an understanding of the different accounts
offered by major banks including experience in foreign exchange transactions.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work to tight
deadlines. Good attention to detail. Good analytical skills. Good planning,
problem solving & organisation skills. Excellent discretion, judgment and
organisational skills and be able to initiate projects with minimal instigation
