Compliance Manager

Our client seeks a Compliance Manager to join their team Key Skills and Experience A compliance professional with a minimum of 5 years Compliance experience in a TCSP with an ICA Certificate in Compliance.You will have had responsibility for implementing compliance monitoring processes and controls within a small / medium sized financial services environment.Effective written and verbal communication.A good knowledge and understanding of local laws, regulations and rules and ensuring policies and procedures are up to date.Experience of dealing with the Regulators on a day to day basis, regulatory visits and production of regulatory reports and documentation.Report writing.Knowledge of all applicable legislation / regulations.Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels.
