Compliance & Risk Supervisor

Join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance team as a Compliance & Risk Supervisor. We are looking for a candidate with experience in compliance and risk management in a regulated financial services environment, ideally in the Isle of Man.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance testing and monitoring.
• Prepare risk assessments and reports.
• Facilitate regulatory reporting and correspondence.
• Enhance measures and controls to promote compliance culture.
• Maintain Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks.
• Assist in policy development and reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CGI, ICA).
• Experience in compliance and risk management within an IOM TCSP.
• Strong knowledge of Isle of Man regulatory requirements.
