Concierge/Porters

We're looking for dedicated Concierge/Porters to join our team, serving as the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you'll welcome and assist guests upon arrival, departure, and throughout their stay. You'll be responsible for receiving and safely transporting guests' luggage, providing local recommendations about the Isle of Man, and upselling hotel services. You'll also coordinate with different departments to ensure a smooth guest experience and handle transportation duties, including driving guests to various locations, such as the airport or sea terminal. To succeed, you must have strong verbal and written communication skills, a friendly yet professional demeanor, and a high standard of personal presentation. A clean driving license is required, along with the physical ability to lift and carry heavy items. Flexibility is crucial, as the role involves working varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. Salary: hourly rate of GBP11.45 plus roll up holiday pay.
