Contact Centre Practitioner

We are looking for resilient and self-motivated individuals to join our lively team. Giving opportunities for children to maintain relationships with both parents our contact centre offers a structured but neutral environment which is important to the wellbeing of the children concerned. In the role of Saturday Contact Centre Worker you will be responsible for the smooth running of the sessions between children and their respective parents. The role requires a non-judgemental approach, good observational skills, excellent literacy skills and the confidence to deal with difficult situations. You will preferably have experience in education, social work, health, youth / play / early years work or similar. Personal resilience, enthusiasm and the ability to engage and influence a variety of people is a must together with the confidence to deal with difficult situations.
