Job Description

We have a 6-month contract available in our dynamic Customer Services Team.

As a Senior Customer Services Administrator, you will:

  • Review new business applications for compliance with regulations.
  • Process applications per internal guidelines and liaise with stakeholders for necessary information.
  • Perform client setup and ongoing servicing in our CRM system.
  • Apply incoming funds, process withdrawals, and manage data capture.
  • Support the sales team and contribute to corporate automation projects.
