Job Description
Our client is seeking a Corporate Loan Operations Specialist to join the Transaction Management Unit within their Investment Banking Operations team. This role offers a chance to develop specialized knowledge in complex lending.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Structured Corporate Loan transactions.
- Review and interpret loan agreements to ensure accurate administration.
- Create and maintain transaction records for reporting requirements.
- Monitor transactions for operational issues and compliance.
- Support new product development and transaction implementation.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the bank.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-4 years experience in banking operations or transaction management.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and strong relationship-building abilities.
