Job Description
Credit Controller at The Ramsey Park Hotel Salary up to £30,000. As the next
Credit Controller at The Ramsey Park Hotel, you will be instrumental in managing
the debts for our clients, ensuring timely payments are made within the
contractual payment terms. You will be responsible for communicating with
customers with regards to their payment terms and supporting the Accounts
Receivable team. Key Responsibilities: Working knowledge on Rezlynx, ResDiary,
Epos and other Hotel Systems will be an advantage. Communicating with clients
and customers on a daily basis. Logging all client queries. Supporting the
accounts receivable team as required. Ensuring that the relevant forms are
completed for any credit requests, write-offs or client refunds. Preparing for
and attending customer visits. Where required, initiating proceedings to ensure
outstanding debts are brought to a satisfactory conclusion, discussing any
problem accounts with the Accounts. Receivable and Credit Control Manager.
Working towards individual and team targets and KPIs. Person specification:
Working knowledge on Rezlynx, ResDiary, Epos and other Hotel Systems will be an
advantage. Intermediate in Excel (VLOOKUP's, Pivot tables). Experience using
live invoicing portals. Confident with accounts reconciliation. Excellent
communication and teamworking skills. Strong organisational skills, with the
ability to multitask and priorities. Proven customer service/client-facing
