Credit Origination Manager

Job Overview: As a Credit Origination Manager at Standard Bank of South Africa Limited, Isle of Man Branch, your primary focus will be on originating and structuring credit deals for Business and Commercial Banking clients, while ensuring high-quality submissions and effective risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and structure structured product deals for clients.
• Support execution of credit transactions.
• Enhance client credit experience to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to influence client outcomes.
• Contribute to structured debt product market penetration.

Minimum Qualifications:

• First Degree in Business Commerce (Required)
• Post Graduate Degree in Business Commerce (Preferred)

Experience Required:

• 5 - 7 years in Business & Commercial Banking.
• Experience in credit origination and commercial property lending.
• Strong background in structuring property finance deals.
• 3 - 4 years in an offshore banking environment is advantageous.
