Job Description
About the Role:
As a Customer Advisor, you will report to the Assistant or Store Manager. Your duties may include assisting customers, operating tills, or supporting back shop operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers, listening to their needs and providing recommendations.
- Promote in-store offers and schemes to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure proper product displays and assist with stock management.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store presentation and cleanliness.
- Receive accredited training from the Institute of Customer Service.
