Role Overview: We require a Customer Care Technician for remedial and maintenance work within new homes.

- Conduct snagging, remedial, and maintenance works.
- Diagnose and rectify defects across various trades.
- Liaise with homeowners and manage expectations.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in customer care or maintenance roles.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Full driving license is essential.
