Role Overview: Akela is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide exceptional service regarding our premium pet foods.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and provide nutritional advice via phone and email.
- Liaise with parcel carriers for smooth deliveries.
- Support local deliveries and attend exhibition shows.
Key Skills:
- Proven customer service experience.
- Passion for pets and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with computer systems is advantageous.
