About the role

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service?

As a Customer Service Officer at the Welcome Centre, you will use your enthusiasm and knowledge to provide consistently high quality customer service to our residents and visitors to our Island through face to face, telephone, email and online contact. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you will act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, payments, requests for information on a range of Government Services.

Utilising your knowledge, you will provide information and guidance on the Island's many attractions, places to visit and things to see and do; as well as get the chance to work closely with customers in the Get Online Centre, providing a welcoming and supportive experience for people looking to improve their basic digital skills.
