Job Description
Complete Care Ltd is a private domiciliary home care agency seeking a Deputy Care Manager to support our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Registered Manager in overseeing daily operations and employee supervision.
- Act as a professional role model, promoting high standards of care and strong values.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Conduct general assessments in clients’ homes and hospitals independently as needed.
- Take part in On-Call duties and act in the absence of the Registered Manager.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
- Full clean driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Prepared to undergo an enhanced DBS check, funded by the company.
Working Hours: 09.00-15.00, Monday - Friday.
Full training will be provided.
