Join MayFly Entertainment, a licensed gambling operator regulated by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission, and play a pivotal role in our compliance team as a Deputy MLRO. With over 10 years in the online sports betting and casino industry, we value integrity and thoroughness in our compliance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the MLRO in maintaining compliance with AML, CFT, and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate suspicious activities and prepare and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
• Assist in customer due diligence and sanctions screening.
• Maintain detailed records of investigations and facilitate audits.
• Support regulatory reporting and AML monitoring.
• Deliver training sessions on compliance matters.
• Deputize for the MLRO as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT requirements.
• Previous experience in a DMLRO, MLRO, or senior compliance role.
• Experience with SARs and investigations.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to make risk-based decisions.
• Experience in eGaming or financial services is a plus.
• Professional qualifications such as ACAMS or ICA are advantageous.
