Early Years Educator

Are you passionate about early childhood development and looking to make a positive impact on the children at Happy Days? We are seeking a dedicated and caring qualified Nursery Educator to join our dynamic team at Happy Days Nursery in Ballasalla. Full time postion available but part time would be considered. Key Responsibilities: Provide a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for children aged 9 months - 4 years. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development. Support children's individual needs, helping them achieve their milestones. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Ensure the health and safety of all children, maintaining cleanliness and following safeguarding procedures. Assist in monitoring and recording children's progress, sharing updates with parents via our 'Blossom' app (full training will be given). Work collaboratively with the team to deliver our curriculum. Requirements: A recognised qualification in childcare (e.g., QCF Level 3 or equivalent). Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for working with children and helping them thrive. Knowledge of EYFS desirable and child safeguarding practices.
