Join Team Bees as an Early Years Practitioner!
Are you an enthusiastic Forest School Leader or an outdoor enthusiast who loves inspiring children to explore nature? We are seeking an energetic individual to engage with children aged 2 to 11 years.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead outdoor activities and adventures, regardless of the weather.
- Encourage children to engage creatively and safely with nature.
- Complete thorough risk assessments to ensure safety.
- Support children’s developmental needs while fostering independence.
Essential Requirements:
- A relevant childcare qualification.
- A full driving license.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding protocols.
- Ability to work outdoors for long periods in all weather conditions.
- Team player with initiative and reliability.
- Forest School qualification or bushcraft experience (highly desirable).
