About the role
Do you enjoy working outdoors and getting stuck in with practical tasks?
We’re looking for a Facilities and Maintenance Technician to join the team at the Isle of Man’s Wildlife Park! In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining park structures, repairing fencing, and assisting with general grounds and garden tasks - helping to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both animals and visitors. You’ll also have the chance to support enclosure projects alongside the animal keepers, making this a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a passion for the outdoors, DIY, and conservation.
This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. While you won’t be working directly with animals, your contribution will be vital to their care and welfare. If you’ve got practical maintenance skills, enjoy working as part of a team, and want to help protect wildlife and support species conservation, we’d love to hear from you!
