Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to service requests for both contracted and non-contracted customers.
  • Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs through adjustments, cleaning, or part replacements.
  • Perform preventative maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Install new equipment to ensure full customer satisfaction.
  • Provide basic user training to minimize operator errors and maximize performance.
  • Escalate complex issues as necessary and collaborate to solve unique faults.
  • Manage vehicle stock of spare parts and consumables.
  • Plan your workload to minimize travel time and maximize productivity.
  • Keep customers informed about progress, especially when parts are required.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge through manufacturer and in-house training.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience in the office equipment or managed print industry.
  • Strong electronic and mechanical fault-finding skills.
  • Familiarity with devices such as Konica Minolta, Lexmark, or HP; experience with Konica Minolta Production, Epson, Zebra or Datacard is advantageous.
  • Good IT knowledge, including device networking and scanning configurations.
  • Proven customer-facing experience with a strong service mindset.
  • Experience in a performance-driven environment.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Professional and presentable approach at all times.
