Job Description
Join EFB Property Investments 2 (IOM) Limited as a Finance Manager, responsible for leading financial operations for over 50 companies across the Isle of Man and the UK.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily finance functions.
- Managing rental income, arrears, and service charges.
- Ensuring compliance with VAT, CIS, statutory, and tax filings.
- Leading and developing the finance team.
