- Financial operations across 50+ companies.
- Rental income, arrears, and service charges management.
- VAT, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
Requirements include:
- ACA/ACCA qualification and property finance experience.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Isle of Man regulatory requirements.
