Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing team in Douglas on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will oversee daily finance operations while leading a small finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day finance operations.
• Prepare and report financial statements and budgets.
• Oversee cash flow and collections processes.
• Coordinate banking activities.
• Provide mentorship and management to finance team members.

Qualifications:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• 2–3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Experience in media, digital marketing, or iGaming is a plus.
