Job Description
We are on the lookout for an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations for a portfolio of over 50 companies across the Isle of Man and the UK. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading day-to-day finance functions for a multi-company group.
- Managing rental income, arrears, deposits, and service charges.
- Overseeing VAT, CIS, statutory, and tax filings.
- Leading teams responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Producing accurate financial and management reports.
The ideal candidate should hold ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications with significant property finance experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Knowledge of Isle of Man regulatory standards is required. Familiarity with VT+ or Xero is advantageous. To apply or for more details, contact [email protected].
