Job Description
Position Overview: Adapt Developments Limited is in need of a General Maintenance Worker who will also serve as a Grounds Keeper.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs at properties.
- Engage in landscaping and gardening tasks.
- Handle building and decorating jobs including painting and joinery.
Requirements:
- Experience in grounds maintenance and property repairs.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Full, clean driving license is essential.
- License or certification in digger and dump truck operation is advantageous.
